These terms cover your use of this website and the VA home loan form on it, and they set out our text message program. By using the form you agree to them.

What this form is

Submitting this form asks a licensed loan officer to contact you about your VA home loan options. It is not an application for credit, not an offer of credit and not a commitment to lend. Whether you qualify, and on what terms, depends on a complete application, your VA eligibility, a credit review and a property appraisal.

A $0 down payment is available to eligible borrowers with full VA entitlement. VA loans are subject to VA eligibility, a Certificate of Eligibility, credit approval and property appraisal, and not all applicants will qualify. A VA funding fee may apply unless you are exempt.

This site is for marketing purposes and is not a commitment to lend. Rates and terms are subject to change with the market until a rate is locked, and the loan amount and rate you are actually offered may vary depending on your credit, income, assets and other factors.

What we send. If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, Carrollwood Mortgage LLC may send you text messages about your VA home loan options and scheduling a call with a loan officer. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on the VA home loan form and submitting it with your phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any loan. You can submit the form without agreeing to texts.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and to the terms of your own mobile plan.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Our full privacy policy explains everything else we collect and what we do with it.

Who can use this

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner of the phone number you give us, or authorized by the owner to give it. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned so we can stop messaging it.

Using the site

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to submit information that is not yours to submit. We may change or withdraw the form at any time.

The content, branding and design on this site belong to Carrollwood Mortgage LLC or its licensors. Reviews shown on this site were written by the customers named and are reproduced as published.

Limits
